The Oxford University Surf Club is an inclusive and passionate group of surfers participating at various levels of talent. From participating in national university competitions (BUCS) to teaching new members how to surf from a beginner level, the club provides excellent opportunity for Oxford students to be part of an energetic and wholesome community.

As the UK’s largest university sailing club, and reigning BUCS champions, we’re always looking to work with business that share our passion for getting people out on the water. This year has been our most successful yet, winning BUCS Gold in both Team Racing and Yachting, alongside numerous other national titles. Our teams travel across the UK throughout the season, and we host our own major events that attract university students and alumni from across the country. We also recently achieved the Green Blue Platinum Sustainability Award.

The LSE Athletics and Running club is a vibrant community that welcomes runners of all abilities. Our schedule consists of four running sessions a week (locations include paddington rec, Hyde park, Victoria park, and Holborn), with regular social events and racing opportunities. We also run two tours throughout the year. This year our focus is on increasing women's competitive participation, strengthening our competition team, and building new relationships with local clubs and businesses. The 93% Club is a society dedicated to supporting students from state-educated backgrounds at the University of Cambridge. 93% of students in the UK are state-educated, yet at Cambridge they make up only 70% of the total student body. Our goal is to foster an empowering community of state-educated students and to campaign for tangible change within the University at large. We also aim to equip students with the necessary information and skills to help them obtain careers in the next phase of their life.

GKT Hockey Club (King’s College London) is one of the university’s largest and most active sports clubs, competing across national BUCS, LUSL, and London leagues with eight squads (5 Ladies’ and 3 Men’s teams, including the official KCL 1st XIs). With an active roster of over 150 student-athletes plus a vast network of young professional NHS alumni across London, we offer brands direct access to an energetic, high-value demographic. We are a rapidly-growing university sailing club based in Sheffield. We welcome all abilities and offer a number of different activities for our members on the water. We compete in sailing events all over the country and host our own, the Sheffield Shuffle, every October. The Shuffle won the Yorkshire Universities Great Event Award 2024 and involves around 20 teams and 150 sailors. We also run social sailing as well as learn-to-sail courses.

Southampton University Rugby Football Club (SURFC) is one of the University of Southampton’s leading student sports clubs, bringing together around 60–70 students across our 1st XV and 2nd XV teams. We compete in BUCS leagues and have a busy programme of training, fixtures and social events throughout the academic year. Our members come from a wide range of degree programmes, with a particularly strong representation of engineering, science and other STEM students. As a club, we aim to provide a competitive sporting environment alongside a strong social and community experience. The Cambridge University India Society (CUIS) is Cambridge’s third-largest student-run society and its largest South Asian cultural society, with 400+ members and a substantial alumni network. We have a broad and engaged audience, bringing together British Indian, Indian international and non-Indian students from across the University. We are Glasgow University's A Cappella Society! We meet weekly to sing original arrangements of popular songs, and perform many times throughout the academic year. This is a positive group which meets to de-stress from university and spread joy through song.

The Warwick ASEAN Conference is the UK's largest student-led ASEAN-focused conference. Our annual conference is our flagship event, consistently attracting 200+ students from all over the UK to speak and connect with industry-specific professionals to both find out the industry that they wish to get into post-graduation, as well as to find out tips on how to get into their preferred industry. In addition to this, we invite ambassadors of all 11 ASEAN states to the UK for an embassy panel for a geopolitical discussion about ASEAN's position in the world. It is a conference for both ASEAN and non-ASEAN students alike to learn about the ASEAN region and to find their footing in the world. Outside of the conference, our society hosts regular socials, career events, mentorship and family programmes, and even a podcast to help our members equip themselves with everything they need for their university life and beyond: a social support system, regular interactions with industry professionals, and equipping themselves with more knowledge so that they leave the university a better global citizen.

UoB Squash is one of the most prestigious clubs at the university, bringing together players of all abilities, from complete beginners to top 100 PSA (Professional Squash Association) players. That range is rare, and it's something we're proud of. On the competitive stage, we've proven ourselves repeatedly with double digit BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport) titles and 6 individual medals in the last 3 years alone helping to maintain our status in the top two UK squash university for the last 25 years. In addition this year we are having a big focus on bringing in social members to make squash more accessible even at beginner level. We have done this by implementing a new membership model which focuses on member experience through a variety of fun games and events instead of traditional weekly training sessions which can be boring for a beginner. Hopefully this will increase our social members community and help the club continue to grow.

Her Campus Glasgow is a student-led media platform dedicated to creating a space where female and non-binary students can share their voices, experiences, and creativity. We aim to build a supportive and inclusive community that goes beyond traditional societies, combining content, events, and collaboration to reflect the real experiences of students at the University of Glasgow. Our content covers everything from student life, culture, and opinion pieces to style, wellbeing, and current trends, with a focus on being relatable, honest, and engaging. We want to create a platform where students feel confident expressing themselves, whether that’s through writing, content creation, or contributing ideas. Alongside our online presence, Her Campus Glasgow will host events, socials, and creative opportunities that bring people together and make the community feel tangible in real life. Our goal is to create something students don’t just follow, but actively want to be part of, building a strong, recognisable presence on campus and beyond.

A cross-university finance summit bringing together: students from Scottish universities (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, Aberdeen, Strathclyde – universities across Scotland), Industry professionals and alumni.The goal is to create the first collaborative, Scotland-wide finance platform focused on: high-performing students, real skill demonstration (stock pitch) and direct industry access. The structure of the event is 2 days: with the first day being focusing on keynote speakers, panels, networking and end with stock pitch launch. The second day is Careers / recruiter panel, Stock pitch finals (judged) by a group of panellists, some more keynote speakers, some and closing networking drinks and talks. The timeline for the event will be from now to taking place in January to February. • Now → May: build + validate • June → Sept: sponsors + structure • Oct → Nov: speakers + marketing • Jan/Feb: event The idea is to have a cross collaboration between universities creating an overall board for this event with ½ members per university. The universities on board are Aberdeen, Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Strathclyde. We are still reaching out to other universities such as St Andrews or Dundee. We would like a base of around 5 universities from different areas – that is why we are still reaching out as Glasgow and Strathclyde are in the same area so similar connections also by getting at least another university will have further outreach. We want the summit to take place in Glasgow, so we are thinking the union and the ball room as there is a lot of break out areas and capacity to hold 200 people. Furthermore, if Glasgow can’t hold it we will try and reach out to our contacts in Edinburgh as they said it may be able to host. Each provides university provides: 1–2 organisers, speakers, outreach to sponsors, helps grow a student network and act as promotion within the societies creating outreach within the universities and wider societies. For the revenue model there will be a variety of income streams. 1. Tickets – with a cost of £10–£20 per student. • Aiming for 200 attendees earning a profit £2k–£4k. 1. Sponsors: 2–4 firms. WIth an aim of getting £1,000–£2,500 each. We will have a revenue sharing model with the other universities. After costs are covered: • 50% → event reinvestment (next year / growth) • 50% → split across participating societies. The tickets sold – on society pages money will originally go to the overall fund. Then once the event is finished the money can be split. Split based on: • ticket sales contribution • involvement level With each university gets a % based on: number of attendees they bring and level of involvement. “Revenue share after costs, based on contribution” The team structure will be based on two boards. One board will be made of the organisers of the event including Zarah, Yash and Anchal. We will be the main board focusing on ensuring the delegation of tasks, what needs to be carried out, financial organisation and outreach. The second board will be made of two members of each university we will be collaborating with to ensure clear communication of information, resource outreach, and marketing alongside the first board.

Our mission is to offer social and cultural opportunities to connect Japanese culture and students within KCL including both international and Japanese students. • Established in 2008. • Hosts social and cultural events every 2 weeks during the academic year. Founded in 1932 as the Queen Mary Physical Society, PsiStar is the oldest physics society in London. With over 120 active members and 500 students who attend our events, we are also one of the biggest academic societies in East London.

King’s College London Women’s Football is a diverse community with members from around the world. As of the 2026/27 season, we will be opening a fourth team due to high demand. Warwick PPE Society is a student-led interdisciplinary community bringing together students interested in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, as well as the wider social and economic world. CUPLC is a diverse and welcoming club with a place for everyone from complete novices to members who are competing on the national stage. Founded in 1984, the club is ever-growing with around 200 members including undergraduates and postgraduates. During term, the club trains every Saturday in the TTR at the University Sports Centre, with many members also training together in the University gym throughout the week. CUPLC has enjoyed a strong record of recent Varsity success, with the annual Varsity match against Oxford University being a highlight of the competition calendar. Members also have the opportunity to compete at BUCS and other competitions throughout the year. Aside from competitions and training, the club has a vibrant social calendar with many events throughout term - from group training trips to board game nights and pub trips - which everyone is welcome to attend. CUPLC is open to everyone, whether you are just starting out in powerlifting or you are an experienced lifter. Our members come from a wide range of sporting backgrounds and experience levels, and are always happy to share advice, encouragement, and be a friendly face in the gym. CUPLC student membership is open to both undergraduates and postgraduates, and we would love to welcome you into our powerlifting family this year. We are primarily looking for funding to purchase a new combination rack for training. This is an essential piece of powerlifting equipment that would allow our lifters to train to competition standards.

The Warwick Francophone Society is a newly established cultural society at the University of Warwick dedicated to celebrating the richness and diversity of the Francophone world, with a particular focus on Afro-Francophone cultures. Through a dynamic programme of social events, cultural showcases, club nights, language exchanges and professional networking opportunities, we bring together students from across the university to build meaningful connections and foster cultural appreciation. UWRFC is one of Warwick’s largest sports clubs — over 100 members across three BUCS squads, competing year-round. Our reach is real and measurable: 3,000+ Instagram followers generating over 100,000 views in the last 60 days, 50–100 spectators at a typical home fixture, and 600+ at our marquee Friday Night Lights game last season, with 1,000 targeted this year. We also run around 20 socials a term averaging 50 attendees, putting a consistent, high-spending student audience into Leamington and Coventry venues week after week. Off the pitch, we raised over £3,000 for charity last year through events including our inter-society Sevens tournament, and are targeting £5,000 this year. UCL Conservative Society is one of London's foremost conservative student societies, with a proud history at one of the world's leading universities. We host speakers including Jeremy Hunt, Lord Howard of Lympne, Bob Blackman MP, Andy Street, and Professor Nigel Biggar, reflecting our commitment to engaging students with the foremost figures in conservative thought and public life. Alongside our events programme, we publish the Caerulean, our termly magazine, as a platform for serious conservative policy writing and debate. We see culture, intellect, and political conviction as inseparable and are building a society that takes ideas seriously.

Founded in 2024, King's College London Vocaloid Society (KCLVS) is a student-led university organisation focused on Vocaloid culture, the first of its kind in London. Our mission is to build a community for all university-aged enthusiasts of vocal synthesis technology along with its spin-off subculture, as well as academics and producers in the field. Three competitive teams, and last season our first team won the Men's South East Division 3 title. We're based in central London with 50+ players drawn from one of the world's most international student bodies. We've never had a sponsor, so the first partner gets sole access, exclusive kit branding across all three squads, and a committee that will genuinely work to deliver reach in return.

LSESU Cricket Club brings together over 100 students who compete in fixtures throughout the year, with many players also turning out for their home counties, combining serious representative cricket with studying at the best university in the UK. The Club is just as much a social community as a sporting one though: post-match socials, termly dinners, and domestic and international tours bring the membership together year-round, making it one of the most active and tight-knit societies at LSE.

LSE Women's Football Club is a 113 member club based at the London School of Economics in the heart of central London. This season we won Varsity against Imperial College for the first time in our history and reached the Finals of the BUCS South Eastern Conference Cup. Despite minimal funding from our Students' Union, our players have shown incredible dedication, training in public parks and donating their own equipment to keep the club going. A grassroots football club in East London with three adult teams and a thriving junior section. We've been bringing the community together through football since 2008.

Friendly and inclusive run club welcoming all abilities. Weekly sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings plus a Saturday long run. Regular race entries and social events.

Award-winning youth theatre company producing three shows a year and running weekly drama workshops for ages 8-18. We make theatre accessible to young people from all backgrounds.

Competitive university rugby club with men's and women's first and second teams. Regular BUCS fixtures and annual varsity match drawing 1,500+ spectators.

Community cricket club with Saturday and Sunday league teams plus a junior coaching programme every summer. Based at Wandsworth Common with a beautiful ground.
