Warwick ASEAN Conference

About the Club

The Warwick ASEAN Conference is the UK's largest student-led ASEAN-focused conference. Our annual conference is our flagship event, consistently attracting 200+ students from all over the UK to speak and connect with industry-specific professionals to both find out the industry that they wish to get into post-graduation, as well as to find out tips on how to get into their preferred industry. In addition to this, we invite ambassadors of all 11 ASEAN states to the UK for an embassy panel for a geopolitical discussion about ASEAN's position in the world. It is a conference for both ASEAN and non-ASEAN students alike to learn about the ASEAN region and to find their footing in the world. Outside of the conference, our society hosts regular socials, career events, mentorship and family programmes, and even a podcast to help our members equip themselves with everything they need for their university life and beyond: a social support system, regular interactions with industry professionals, and equipping themselves with more knowledge so that they leave the university a better global citizen.
