About the Club
Women in Leadership is a student-led society at Queen Mary dedicated to empowering women to become confident, capable leaders. Through practical workshops, leadership labs, industry panels, career sessions, and peer learning, we help students develop transferable skills such as public speaking, negotiation, decision-making, and team management. Our community creates meaningful opportunities for students to connect with inspiring role models and prepare for leadership in their careers, societies, and wider communities. We welcome sponsorship partnerships that support the development of the next generation of women leaders.
