About the Club
The Cambridge University India Society (CUIS) is Cambridge’s third-largest student-run society and its largest South Asian cultural society, with 400+ members and a substantial alumni network. We have a broad and engaged audience, bringing together British Indian, Indian international and non-Indian students from across the University. For sponsors, this means access to a large student audience through our year-round programme of events, from large social events and club nights to sports, professional events, dinners and our flagship Annual Ball. We also work closely with other South Asian societies across Cambridge, giving sponsors the opportunity to reach a much wider South Asian student audience beyond our own membership. Our strong social media presence and regular events allow sponsors to gain meaningful visibility throughout the year, rather than at a single event. CUIS is particularly well placed for organisations looking to build their brand among Cambridge students, attract future talent, reach the wider South Asian community, or strengthen their UK–India connections. Our members are highly engaged and go on to careers across law, finance, consulting, technology, medicine, academia and entrepreneurship, making CUIS a valuable platform for both student-facing marketing and long-term recruitment.
